Mode Conditioning Cable or (MCC), are used to support applications where Gigabit Ethernet Routers, switches or transceivers are used were an existing Fibre Optic Network uses multimode cable. MCCs will need to be used in pairs, meaning you will need a MCC Patch Cable at each end of the transmission equipment.Â
